What if a lack of motivation really isn't your problem?

You've convinced yourself you need more motivation. You don't.

You need a mindset that makes taking action feel effortless.

But if you don’t have that mindset, you’ll continue looking for motivation hoping it will eventually turn into action.

Here's the thing, it never will.

If you know what you want to accomplish and don’t believe you can do it, motivation can’t help you.

Motivation will only cause you to focus on distractions that keep you from achieving your goal.

Motivation is not enough to help you reach your goals.

It doesn't actually matter how motivated you are.

What matters is what you focus on, what you believe, and what you do.

If you are focused on the wrong things:

  • goals that aren't yours

  • distractions masked as opportunities

  • moments where you look for ways to flex your superhero complex

  • connected to people who only intend to drain you

  • everything you seem to be lacking, but hardly ever what you have

  • everything you don't want, but hardly ever what you want

...you will continue looking for motivation to help you get out of feeling stuck and run down.

Staying in this place will make you feel defeated when it comes to how you are going to achieve YOUR goals.

In my Execution Shift Training, I'll show you what actually creates consistent action—and it isn't motivation.
